Research and Candidate Identification

With a specific plan in place, our search consultants utilize our extensive sourcing network to gather information for pre-screening and qualifying potential candidates. Establishing a dialogue with targeted candidates is generally the most critical—and often the most delicate—aspect of the search process. We work closely with each potential candidate to assess their needs, motivations, and goals.

 

Candidate Evaluation

An in-depth interview is conducted with qualified candidates to evaluate the quality of their professional experience, their motivations, and their capacity for achievement. Because we understand the subtle differences that set companies and cultures apart, we also explore characteristics like personal style and cultural fit. After careful evaluation, only the most appropriate candidates are presented to the client.

 

Candidate Selection

As the client commences with the interview process, we continue to serve as the intermediary, keeping the candidates’ interest alive while guiding our clients through the final selection process. Our goal is to keep both our candidates and our clients fully informed throughout the assignment.

 

We review every aspect of the final candidates with the client to assess comparative strengths and weaknesses. In addition, we assist in determining the exact compensation package to be offered.

Reference Check

Prior to making an offer of employment, we undertake thorough reference checks. We conduct a minimum of three in-depth reference interviews and compile the responses in a composite form, which details all relevant factors of an individual’s past performance as well as their potential to achieve.
